Murky water in tank
Murky water in tank
If the water is turning cloudy quickly the electrical connection between the tubes in the white filter pitcher and the brackets that they go into are poor.
The brackets don't just hold the tubes, they also send a very light electrical current through the tubes that makes the solids in the water clump up inside the white cloth filter.
Remember this is a connection problem. Please see the attachment below on how to clean and adjust the brackets as this may help.
The brackets don't just hold the tubes, they also send a very light electrical current through the tubes that makes the solids in the water clump up inside the white cloth filter.
- How's the outer reactor tube look, should it be replaced?
- Are the brackets dirty?
- Are the tops of the tubes dirty?
- There are wires that supply power to each bracket (you can see the wires I am talking about in the WRS Terminals Repair attachment).
- Are they tight to the bracket?
- Is there corrosion between the crimped lug on the end and the wire?
Remember this is a connection problem. Please see the attachment below on how to clean and adjust the brackets as this may help.

Disc Unloading error
This is a common fault code and is easily solved by checking the following
- Repaired disc is dropped during Grab Arms are travelling, need to adjust [Disc Grab Height] and/or [Release Platen] parameters
- Grab Arms are bending in vertical direction - Loading Motor failure - D02b sensor is unstable to detect disc - Pick-up loaded two discs at the same time
In this customers case the fault was a loose platen matt. Always make sure the platen matt has grip and is sticking properly to the platen table.
